Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, my services are private-pay and not covered by medical or long-term care insurance. That said, many clients also receive care through insurance-based programs such as home health, palliative care, primary care, or hospice. I’m always happy to coordinate with those teams so your care stays seamless and you can make the most of all available resources.

What happens during the first visit?

Think of this as an extension of the consultation call. During our first visit, I’ll take time to get to know you: Your health history, current needs, and personal goals. We’ll review any medications, recent changes, and routines, then create a care plan that fits comfortably into your daily life. Every visit includes time for questions, education, and clear next steps so you feel confident and supported from the very beginning.

Can I sign up for a one time service?

Absolutely. Services may be scheduled as individual visits or arranged as part of a tailored subscription plan built around your ongoing needs. There’s no obligation to continue until we mutually agree upon a personalized care plan.

What should I expect to pay for services?

All pricing for hourly visits, post-operative packages, and ongoing support is listed on my Services page (above) for full transparency. During your free consultation call, I’ll review your needs and recommend the most appropriate option, along with a clear estimate before any visit begins.

Services are billed privately, with flexible payment options and FSA/HSA eligibility for all care. There are no long-term contracts unless mutually agreed upon, and every client receives an itemized invoice for complete clarity.
